Alice Adams grew up in the Ukrainian city of Vinnytsia, where her passion for storytelling began in childhood. One defining moment came when her grandmother burned her early manuscripts—an experience that, rather than discouraging her, deepened her belief that she was destined to write.
Her creative journey led her to the United Kingdom, where she now lives in Weston-super-Mare. She earned a Level 1 diploma in Music Performance & Production from Weston College, and is currently continuing her education remotely through Kyiv University of Culture, specializing in Fashion and Show Business Directing.
Alice draws inspiration from folklore, nature, and personal experience. She expresses herself through contemporary and traditional songwriting, poetry, and children’s literature. Writing is her way of exploring emotion and connecting with others, especially the younger generation.
Her debut children’s book, Brave Bee Berry, is a story about kindness, courage, and the power of friendship. The story is set against a vivid backdrop inspired by the beauty of the Ukrainian land and the hardworking spirit of its people. The book has been praised for its gentle moral lessons and was warmly received by the Princess of Wales. It reflects Alice’s belief that every action—no matter how small—can have lasting consequences.
When she is not studying or working on creative projects, Alice writes stories inspired by everyday life, animated films, movies, and the works of other authors. At times, ideas appear out of nowhere—stories that are not connected to real-life events or any external influence. These often unfold into entire worlds shaped solely by her imagination, where reality and fantasy remain separate. This spontaneous creativity continues to fuel her passion for storytelling and spark the magical narratives she shares with young readers.
