Dr. Saumya Gupta

Dr. Saumya Gupta is a third-generation Ayurvedic physician dedicated to preserving the traditional essence of Ayurveda while embracing contemporary scientific perspectives. She completed her Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.) from Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Ayurveda, Pune, in 2024. Presently, she is pursuing her Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) as a second-year scholar in Rasa Shastra and Bhaishajya Kalpana at Rani Dullaiya Smriti Ayurveda Post Graduate College and Hospital, Bhopal. Her research focuses on classical pharmaceutics, Rasoushadhi preparation, analytical standardization of herbo-mineral formulations, and toxicological literature synthesis. Carrying forward a rich family legacy, Dr. Gupta has authored the textbook Rasa Pharmaceutics (Volumes 1 and 2) and published two articles in indexed, peer-reviewed scientific journals, striving to bridge ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with modern research methodologies.
