Dr Priyanka Agarwal has completed her MBA in HR &Marketing and PhD in HR. She has more than 15 years of rich experience of industry and academia. Have More than 40 research papers in international conferences and journals of repute. She has also organized, participated and was resource person in Executive development programmes, faculty development programmes, workshops and training programmes held at various levels. She has been also resource person in various training programmes held for different levels. Her Research Interests are Talent management, Performance management, Competency mapping. Teaching assignment includes courses like Human Resource Management, Compensation Management, Organization Behaviour, Recruitment, selection and retention.
